HelmsBriscoe ResourceOne (HBR1) is a full service meeting management company who handles corporate association and incentive trips. Two of their clients that I did freelance graphic design work for during the summer of 2017 was Porsche and the Drug Policy Alliance.

Working through HBR1 Program Director, Karen McCallson and Porsche's Director of Marketing, Maegan Moguel, I designed these site sheets that are aimed to inform the attendees of Porche's board meeting and car show in Palo Alto, California this November. The sheets include city facts, quick tips and maps. With recognizable symbols, a cohesive color scheme and graphics, the sheets provide easy access to key information.

The sheets below provide background information on each site the meeting attendees will visit in Silicon Valley. The space below the red line is intended for meeting agendas and people the attendees will meet, including Tim Cook, CEO of Apple.

The Drug Policy Alliance (DPA) is a New York City-based non-profit with the principal goal of ending the "War on Drugs." HBR1 was hired to organize their bi-annual conference in Atlanta, Georgia this October. I designed some event tickets that attendees at the conference can use to go to various activities. These tickets were placed in the event packets of each paying attendee and helped the HBR1 team keep track of who paid for each event. Using branded colors and the DPA "Reform" logo, I kept a unified look with the organization and the conference.
